MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Bossier Parish Assessor’s office is to provide accurate information and to exhibit courteous customer service with professionalism. We stand committed in serving the public with the dignity and respect they deserve. We are dedicated to being on the cutting edge of our profession, and we strive to provide information by utilizing the most current and best technology available in our field. Ultimately, our job is to locate, identify, and appraise all taxable property fairly and equitably, to maintain current information on property ownership and characteristics, to prepare and certify the assessment roll, and to protect the rights of individuals that we serve, all in accordance with state laws and administrative procedures.

Our staff is available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except for holidays and public necessity, to answer your questions. Our office is located at 204 Burt Blvd, 2nd Floor, Benton, LA 71006.
